With the continuous development of the reform and opening up, the pace of urbanization in China is accelerating, and the living standards of the residents are improving constantly. However, the process of urbanization has brought many troubles, one of which is the expansion of the ground floor area, the increase of high-rise buildings, which makes the urban drainage system suffered a great test.Many first tier cities (such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong, Wuhan and other places)tend to "fall" after a rainstorm, not perfect or unreasonable drainage pipe network also makes the environment is deteriorating, water body is subject to large-scale pollution.So we must pay more attention to the problem of urban drainage in the city construction. Good urban municipal drainage planning and design, which is of great significance to the construction of a good and reliable people living environment.Especially in the new historical conditions, urban construction must take the road of sustainable development.In the field of urban drainage, it is urgent to find a new type of urban rainwater sewage control system. Urban drainage technology system for the development of drainage. Although the drainage technology in China has a certain development, but there are still some problems in the technical system is not perfect. Therefore, it is urgent to study the modern urban drainage technology system.This thesis mainly has the following contents:China's current water resources shortage and frequent waterlogging status analysis, summed up the development of small towns is facing a series of problems.In the current development of sponge city theory and the construction of social ecological civilization in the new period, the small town has ushered in the new development opportunity in the drainage technology.Research progress of domestic and international urban drainage technology,comprehensive analysis study of new drainage planning method to lay a theoretical foundation.The drainage control and utilization technology of the traditional method and the LID model are studied and summarized, and the Mengcun Hui Autonomous County as an example is described in detail.Traditional drainage planning methods, mainly from the research and determination of drainage system, rainwater drainage division, the water pipe network,the layout of the rain water pipe network, sewage, sewage treatment plant layout,sewage pipe network system layout, etc..For the LID model, the water control and utilization measures mainly from the biological storage, retention technology is described, and the LID development model for the empirical application.Finally, the two aspects of the comparison, and thus, the use of a single mode of drainage planning is flawed, the use of traditional drainage planning and LID development model, the combination will achieve better results.
