The air compressor is an important equipment for the provision of compressed air in the air supply system and provides the required pressure source for the system's wind equipment.Oil-free compressor favored by more and more industries due to advantages of fuel economy,environmental protection,simple operation and maintenance.With the rapid development of China's high-speed railway,oil-free compressor as a auxiliary compressor of EMU to rose bow,the demand gradually increased.Therefore,the analysis of oil-free compressor performance is of great significance.This paper takes the oil-free compressor as the research object,analysis the structure and movement process of oil-free compressor.The ADAMS software is used to model the motion mechanism of the oil-free compressor,and the parameters and the trajectories of the moving mechanism are obtained.Providing theoretical basis for further study on the oil-free compressor performance and for the design of oil-free compressor.The influence of the eccentricity of the counterweight on the performance of the compressor in the crank-free linkage of the oil-free compressor is discussed.When the balance eccentricity increases,the speed of the piston and the maximum value of the acceleration increase to varying degrees,thus making a higher requirement for the wear resistance of the piston ring.ln addition,the movement of the piston in the unit time and the amplitude of the left and right swing also increased,therefore,the compressor piston ring sealing performance is increased.While the displacement of the compressor is increased,resulting in a corresponding adjustment of the size of the compressor.Using AMESim software to simulate the performance of oil-free compressors,the inlet and outlet flow chart,displacement and pressure curve,auxiliary air inlet pressure and flow chart of oil-free compressor are obtained.And studied the relief valve pressure regulation and control function of system.The PM safety valve is installed on the outlet pipe of the auxiliary compressor and is used to control the pressure of the gas value within a limiting value in the auxiliary compressor outlet pipe to protect the air supply equipment and also is a very important protection device in the auxiliary air supply system.The specific structure and working mechanism of the PM safety valve are analyzed and the reasonable air way diagram is designed to verify the opening pressure of the PM safety valve to check whether the pressure performance is closed and the relevant test is carried out to verify the safety of the PM safety valve.Air temperature and low temperature and low air tightness for the performance of PM safety valve to provide test basis.
