As the rapid growth of economy in our country, the national railway construction has been accelerated, expand,so is the construction scale, the resulting railway electrification equipment management security risk is growing, the loss is becoming more and more serious.Single since 2010,xi 'an administration successively the xikang and ningxia west two new second-line engineering construction line. Thus,to develop the railway construction is the direction of future development of China railway corporation.Large-scale construction due to the narrow construction site site, but the railway construction personnel,large-scale construction machinery vertical work, aerial work, and widely ShiGongDian divisions, lead to unsafe extremely easily, cause safety accidents. Therefore, strict controls of railway power supply system of large-scale construction and security risks,to ensure the safety of the railway transportation has become a top priority,in today's power supply management by considering strict controls of power supply construction safety can not only reduce the railway construction investment cost,at the same time also can improve the efficiency of railway transportation, expand the carriage return, improve transport income and is of great significance. This paper mainly using the theory of safety risk management for railway construction in large power supply security of the risk of potential risk factors as well as the objective existence of the classified system and to determine their level of risk, and then to identify the main risk in risk assessment, and the corresponding risk countermeasure, finally puts forward some effective strategies for implementing risk measures and methods,to achieve the goal of safe unimpeded.
