With the gradual improvement of the automation level and information integration of the power industry in China,the distributed control system has been widely applied and popularized in the power plant.Therefore,a large number of boiler operation data are collected by many power plants,which contain very important information in these data.Data mining technology can extract knowledge from these data,which can guide the optimization of boiler operation,and has a very important practical significance to improve the economic and safety of the boiler.Optimization of boiler operation needs to divide the working conditions according to the actual situation of the boiler,in addition to the unit load,the coal in the boiler for the safety and economy of boiler has great effect,achieved in the operation optimization before it into the furnace of coal quality monitoring,so in order to make coal condition division.In order to solve the problem of real-time online monitoring of the quality of the coal into the furnace,this paper analyzes the principle of energy conservation,combustion chemical material and coal based on the principle of conservation,utilization of coal from the relationship between basic elements and smoke components to establish a monitoring model,this model is the use of the boiler flue gas composition monitoring of power plant boiler furnace coal quality.By measuring the operating parameters of the boiler and the coal mill,the iterative algorithm is used to solve the model,and the on-line monitoring of the coal quality and calorific value of the furnace is realized.Comparing the coal in the boiler monitoring model from the base elements and low calorific value of coal samples and test results,the relative error can be obtained both in about less than 5%,basically meet the requirement of engineering application.Reasonable selection of performance index of boiler operation optimization system is the key to the operation optimization.General selection of boiler efficiency or the coal consumption rate of power supply indicators such as the optimization of boiler operation system,but the performance index in the evaluation of boiler performance and error analysis is more comprehensive.In order to effectively reduce the operation cost of the boiler and power plant coal-fired power plant to improve economic benefit,a comprehensive economic indicator can optimize control of power plant boiler is put forward,the index is the combined cost of coal and its mathematical model.Aiming at the problems existing in the process of the large data of the power plant by the association rules Apriori algorithm,through the improvement of the algorithm,it can realize the data mining of large data of the power plant.Through the application program and user interface design of the large data of the power station boiler,the development of the program application software is realized.In order to achieve better data discretization,clustering algorithm is used to sequentially pre clustering and clustering,and then the operation data of the mining association rules improved,the data is divided coal quality and boiler load,and finally get the optimal control parameters of the target value,which can guide the operation of the boiler.Taking the 600 MW unit as an example,the combined coal cost of each data corresponding to each data is calculated through the operation data,and the different operating conditions are optimized.The results show that the improved association rules of coal and load based on boiler operation data mining can get help run the boiler operation optimal control parameters;operation optimization system gives the interval operation optimal value,thereby improving the adjusting speed of boiler operation,to facilitate the effective combination of DCS to achieve the real-time online optimization system of power plant thus,reduce the operation cost of power plant boiler.
