As the major economic cost part of the wind turbine,the faults of the wind turbine has a major influence for the whole business.Due to the load condition,operation condition is more complex,the wind turbine gearbox,bearings and other major components failure rate is higher than other industries.In this case,the research on the actual characteristics of the project to provide accurate information of wind turbine fault diagnosis technology is important,practical significance and application valuable.The vibration-based signal data of some wind turbine in China has been acquired and analyzed in this paper,The fault analysis results show that the RMS(Root-mean-squared)of equipment vibration,vpp,kurtosis factor,crest factor,impulse factor of fault indicator has a certain complementary function.To better observe the results of the wind turbine fault diagnosis information,some of useful damage indicators should be computed and analyzed simultaneously to acquire the reasonable judgments of this system.Comparing bearing and gearbox of the wind turbine,the bearing RMS of VDI3834 standard value has instructive effect on the system,however,for the gearbox,higher than bearing.Also,multiple faults of the wind turbine gearbox can not be ignored,increasing the test and data acquisition on bearing seat of low speed shaft and mid-speed shaft is necessary.The diagnosis method should depend on the vibration detection based monitoring equipment and make endoscopic examination as a supplement to the vibration detection,to determine the most reasonable maintenance plan finally.Consideration the current situation of wind turbine,a suggestion of equipment monitoring and maintenance and management for wind turbine operation company has opposed in this paper.
