With the expansion of the power grid scale,power supply company increased relevant equipment,thus the experimental equipment are in deficiency,maintenance staff are suffering from shortage and periodic power outage test which used to be given with priority occurs limitations.At the same time,under the condition of the smart grid construction,the requirement of power distribution reliability are higher than ever,but the access of a large number of new components and equipment increases the risk of power network,and further brings the new challenges to the stability and reliability of the power grid.Therefore,the original condition based maintenance mode has already failed to adapt to the demands of the development of Baoding district power grid.To explore the application of online monitoring instead of a power outage routine test,classify equipment safety to adopt corresponding maintenance strategies are of great importance in solving the difficulties in the process of the equipment operational maintenance.This paper first expounds the shortage of the traditional grid monitoring technology,analyzes the online monitoring technology under the smart grid,and researches the alternative methods of power equipment key state quantity.Then,this paper analyzes the relationship between the condition based maintenance and online monitoring,demonstrates the feasibility of the differential patrol and maintenance,designs the production command and control platform,puts forward the differentiation maintenance strategy to Baoding companies,and produces command and control platform to ensure the effective implementation of the maintenance strategy measures.Finally,this paper combines the reality of China's electricity valley smart grid,discusses the practical application status of maintenance based on the on-line monitoring technology.This paper proposes a new way of thinking and management.The use of new maintenance strategies to reduce the unnecessary inspection and maintenance equipment,equipment maintenance and management to help improve the level of stability for the enterprise has contributed to the development.
