The energy consumption of the refrigeration industry accounts for a large proportion of the annual energy consumption in China.In the refrigeration industry,the energy saving of the equipment is directly related to the waste of water and electricity.So the energy saving problem of refrigeration system is imminent.Evaporative condenser is a heat exchanger with high heat transfer efficiency in refrigeration system,which has the advantages of high efficiency,energy saving,compact structure and so on.In the refrigeration industry,more and more attention has been paid to the research of evaporative condenser in recent years.This article is based on the basic requirements of energy saving and emission reduction,the evaporative condenser is analyzed and calculated,and combined with practical engineering application to optimize and improve it.So,it provides theoretical basis for continuous improvement and energy saving optimization of evaporative condenser.The main work is as follows:(1)According to the heat transfer between the fluid inside of the evaporative condenser,taking the engineering application as an example,designing the required equipment structure,and selecting the main equipment,and then calculating the related parameters of evaporative condenser;(2)Through numerical simulation,the temperature change of the wall of the heat exchange coil tube is obtained,and then the average temperature of the pipe wall is calculated,which lays the foundation for the next step.(3)Heat transfer in evaporative condenser is studied by numerical experiment.The influence of two kinds of tube bundle structure and relative position relationship on flow and heat transfer in evaporator were studied.The results of numerical experiments show that the heat transfer between the fluid and refrigerant outside the inner tube of the evaporative condenser is reduced and the temperature of the refrigerant is decreased.At the same time,the best spacing between tubes is obtained;(4)The factors that affect the efficiency of evaporative condenser are analyzed.The improvement plan of adding preheating structure and reducing scale formation in evaporative condenser is put forward.The preheating part adopts the form of fin tube.According to the structure,water consumption and other parameters of the designed evaporative condenser,the parameters such as the length of the fin and the length of the preheating section are calculated. |
