In this paper,several reliable performance and good economic absorbing core are selected from the current study to design solar air heat collecting roof,which not only take use of air heat collection tasks,and has the envelope function.Three kinds of roof component in the similar conditions are tested and analyzed on energy saving.In the beginning,according to the existing research results,the design scheme of three components are presented: Component 1,V groove forms absorbing core,Component 2,S type spoiler absorbing core,Component 3 slot hole plate absorbing core.Based on the analysis of the relationship of heat transfer among the various parts,the mathematical model of solar air collector component is established by the lumped parameter method.Based on the model,the trend of thermal performance is forecasts,which is conducive to judge the data in the experiment results.Moreover,according to domestic and international standards,the 12 efficie nc y equations of 3 components in the 4 flow conditions(36m3/(h?m2),54m3/(h?m2),72m3 /(h?m2),90m3/(h?m2))are given by experimental test.The heat collecting efficiency of different components under specific flow,different inlet temperature,different outdoor temperature and different solar radiation intensity can be obtained by efficie nc y equation.In the selected flow range,intercept efficiency of three kinds of components is more than 45%.In terms of thermal properties,Component 3 outperforms Component 2 and Component 2 outperforms Component 1.According to the measured data,the recommended operation flow are the 36~54m3/(h?m2).Running in the flow range,component can ful y meet the needs of room heating,and reduce operation energy consumption.Furthermore,the comprehensive resistance coefficients of three kinds of component are given by measuring inlet and outlet pressure difference.The comprehensive resistance coefficient of component 1 is 80.11,component 2 is 83.16,component 3 is 73.61.Resistance coefficient is conducive to future hydraulic calculation and system design to select power equipment reasonably.In addition,the performance of heat transfer is analyzed using compound flat wall model,in accordance with the requirements for the heat transfer coefficient of build ing envelope in the current standard.The design proposal of solar air collector component as building envelope is that internal insulation adopts 50 mm polyurethane insulat io n board.Finally,in the application,this paper compares single-stage heating with double-stage heating on the performance and economy.In the recommended operating flow range of 36~54m3/(h?m2),single-stage heating can make full use of each component and meet need of room heating,which is the recommended scheme.The index of energy-saving and economic evaluation of single component is given.Component 1,V groove forms absorbing core is recommended.In summary,solar air heating technology is an important component in the field of clean energy heating,which can help to achieve heating without coal,improve indoor thermal environment,and has significant energy efficiency and social benefits...
