Marine traffic management system is an important guarantee for the safety of national maritime territory.The detection of shipboard dynamics on the ocean is an important part of the marine traffic management system.In this paper,two kinds of ocean information acquisition system of HFSWR and AIS(Automatic Identification System)are introduced in detail and two kinds of acquisition modes of ocean shipping information are described.To obtain the track information of the ship,the paper uses filtering algorithm to calculate the collected information.In the system introduction,the data source and storage format of both are explained.In the same Cartesian coordinate system,the two kinds of data information are unified in time and space.After the calculation of the data collected by the two systems,the track information of the two systems is displayed in the same coordinate system at the same time.The main content of this paper is to process and calculate the HFSWR data of a sea area in China.According to the existing data,the HFSWR ship track is tracked and filtered.Using a variety of algorithms to complete the track start,data association and tracking filter.Finally,the trace of the HFSWR ship is compared with the AIS.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.On the basis of the radar trace,the logical information is used to process and calculate the trace information of HFSWR,in order to get the logical starting track.In the process of data association,the basic principle of the nearest neighbor algorithm in ship information is introduced in detail.The basic contents of the probability correlation algorithm are briefly described and the difference with the nearest neighbor method is explained.2.After the start of the track,the state equation and the observation equation established in the classical Kalman filter algorithm are used to predict the trace of the initial track.This article describes the setup of the initialization information and the selection of the desired method for each moment of observation.The experimental results show that Kalman filter can effectively track the actual track with the advantage of running fast.3.This paper describes the particle filter principle and process.The follow-up trace is tracked by particle filter algorithm.The results show that particle filter is lacking in tracking trace.Compared with the Kalman filtering algorithm,the particle filter algorithm is more dependent on the accuracy of the initial track in dealing with ship track tracking.The method of this paper is to combine the two filtering algorithms.This paper describes the advantages of using this joint algorithm and algorithm in detail.The final simulation results show that this joint algorithm can guarantee the accuracy of the track direction and the smooth tracking of the subsequent tracks.
