In recent years,the state investment in the construction industry has been increasing.concrete as a key material in construction projects,the demand is increasing.Based on the demand of sustainable development and environmental protection,perlite composite concrete has been paid more and more attention by scholars,but the research and application of different types and sizes of perlite concrete are still not perfect,and the excellent performance of perlite is more The development of multi-field applications is the urgent need to solve the problem.Concrete raw materials was tested with the VHX-500 scanning,XRD,XRF microscopic test method.The hydration heat response of perlite concrete was analyzed.Based on a lot of slurry and mortar test,the perlite concrete was prepared.The basic mechanical properties of the perlite ore concrete and the basic mechanical properties of the expanded perlite concrete were studied.By changing the types of perlite instead of sand and the replacement rate and other parameters,to study the basic mechanical properties of concrete,the specific conclusions are as follows:Through the test of the raw materials of different ratio of perlite ore concrete and20-30 mesh expanded perlite concrete and the test results of hydration heat,it could be seen that with the increase of the content of perlite raw ore powder,the temperature difference between inside and outside of concrete.The hydration heat reaction of the perlite ore concrete and the hydration heat reaction of the reference concrete are basically carried out at the same time.The difference of the internal and external temperature of the hydration heat of the expanded perlite concrete was increased,the hydration heat generation time than the basic concrete hydration heat generation time to 2h ahead of time.Through the experimental study on the basic mechanical properties of perlite ore concrete,the effects of different replacement ratio of perlite ore powder on concrete were compared and the results were as follows: The compressive strength,split tensile strength,The compressive strength of the impact of the larger;for the flexural strength and elastic modulus of the impact of small.Therefore,comprehensive test results analysis,perlite ore instead of sand content of the best control in less than 30%.Through the experimental study on the basic mechanical properties of expanded perlite concrete,the influence of different substitution rate expanded perlite on concrete was analyzed.Generally speaking,the expansion of perlite makes the compressive strength and elastic modulus of concrete decrease continuously.The effect of expanded perlite on flexural strength and splitting tensile strength of concrete was obvious.With the increase of expanded perlite content,these basic mechanical properties was increased and then decreased.According to the analysis of basic mechanical properties of expanded perlite,the best replacement rate of expanded perlite instead of sand was about 20%.It is found that the basic mechanical properties of expanded perlite concrete are better than that of perlite ore.In addition,the expanded perlite has the advantages of light weight and good thermal insulation.Therefore,the expanded perlite concrete has wide application prospect.
