In order to better provide navigation services and traffic organization services for the vessel,effectively monitor vessel dynamics,reduce water traffic accidents,VTS in China's maritime sector is widely used.However,all VTS system key equipment of the built waters in our country are almost monopolized by developed countries in Europe,therefore,in order to get rid of the reliance on foreign VTS products and protect the national information security,we have developed the international advanced VTS system with independent intellectual property rights has been the top priority of traffic construction in China.Multi-sourse information fusion technology is one of the key technologies of VTS localization.Multi-sourse information fusion technology in VTS includes multi-radar target track fusion and AIS and radar track fusion,and this paper studies multi-radar target fusion based on VTS.First of all,analyze working principle and target information of VTS radar.Secondly,discuss the basic method and process about multi-radar target information fusion,including track data preprocessing,track correlation and track fusion.Analyze the time alignment method of the cubic spline function,on the basis of analyzing the advantages and the applicable environment about multi-factor fuzzy correlation algorithm and grey correlation algorithm,this paper uses a kind of track correlation algorithm that combined by multi-radar fuzzy correlation algorithm and grey correlation algorithm.Finally,an adaptive track fusion algorithm is proposed based on the fusion algorithm combining the optimal weighting and recursive least squares method.This paper uses MATLAB to simulate and analyze the correlation and fusion algorithm of multi-radar single-target and multi-radar multi-target.Compared with fuzzy correlation algorithm,the association algorithm of multi-factor fuzzy and grey correlation significantly improves the association accuracy,and in the case of multi-target,compared with the grey correlation algorithm,the association algorithm reduces the scope of the association.The simulation results of the adaptive fusion algorithm show that the algorithm can reduce the complexity of the algorithm.Finally,give software implementation about the correlation and fusion algorithm with using Visual Studio 2008 programming,including radar data receiving and decoding,data storage,data preprocessing,correlation algorithm and track fusion algorithm.And do experimental verification using measured data,while multi-radar target track fused track display on the ECDIS.
