Modern factory in the industrial automation level rising,people access to information more convenient,strict and accurate.Positive displacement gear flowmeter is a kind of widely used flow measuring instrument,It has the high difficulty when the flow meter to measure the fluid flow characteristics of high pressure environment directly.The reason lies in the structural characteristics of the gear flowmeter itself:the flowmeter is large in size and volume,and it will produce high pulsation,small volume and quality of the flowmeter range generally restricted.For high pressure hydraulic system under the environment of traffic signal measuring flowmeter measurement is a difficulty,Measurement of flow characteristics of high pressure side using micro flowmeter,So the research on the dynamic performance of flowmeter is of great significance to the measurement of high pressure side flow.This thesis first is based on the structure of the ordinary gear flow meter,the research and analysis of three planetary gear flowmeter,detailed describes the structure and working principle of the flowmeter,and through reasonable deduction,it is concluded that the geometry and flow displacement,Finite element analysis on planetary gear flow meter,The static analysis and modal analysis of the planetary gear flowmeter using the Simulaition plug-in in the SolidWorks software are used to explain the feasibility of the flowmeter in theory.Secondly through AMESim ’software platform to establish a set of simulation system,simulation ideally the hydraulic cylinder piston displacement,speed and system changes in the relationship between flow and system pressure.Private servers system in hydraulic loop,the use of servo valve change export flow,realize the change of system pressure and flow,The simulation experiment is conducted to study whether there is an exact functional relationship between system pressure and flow.Hydraulic cylinder of the effective cross-sectional area is constant,the piston travel determines the valid for hydraulic cylinder volume changes,fluid pressure determines the piston stroke change,so there was a link between the fluid pressure and system flow.The test of dynamic performance of the flowmeter is carried out by using the test bench,Directly or indirectly by sensors measure the fluid transient signal information,including fluid pressure,double hydraulic cylinder hydraulic lever displacement pulse signal of gear and gear flowmeter.This paper describes the dynamic flow meter system and the dynamic performance test of hydraulic system and its basic working principle,experimental process and results.The last is to calibrate the instrument to determine the gear flowmeter coefficient of the gear flowmeter,carry out the instructions of the calibration test,the flowmeter calibration of hydraulic system and the basic structure of the experimental principle,the test procedure and method.This paper introduces the real-time display program based on the Lab VIEW software platform,which can display the flow curve in real time,and it is easy to analyze and observe the change characteristics of the flowmeter.
