Abstract/Summary:
With the continuous development of China’s highway construction to the west, highway construction and highway network is gradually accelerating.Combined with the mountainous areas of Southwest China, the terrain is complex, the new highway is accompanied by slope excavation, earth rock blasting and other projects. In order to improve the quality of the excavation slope and the requirement of filling roadbed to the blasting fragmentation, the best scheme is to use the controlled blasting technique. In order to highway construction in mountainous area road foundation blasting, rock blasting technology to study the control of high slope fine as a starting point, the research method of comprehensive analysis using the combination of theory and field test.Specific research contents include the following parts:(1)The basic physical and mechanical properties of rock were tested, including static and dynamic tests. The numerical parameters are provided for the subsequent numerical simulation;(2)The influence of blasting design parameters on the rock crushing effect is analyzed, which includes the hole spacing, the length of the charge and the density of the borehole. The results show that the blasting fiagmentation can be improved by reducing the length of blasting hole, adjusting the distance between the holes and the row spacing, and increasing the density of the borehole to meet the requirements of blasting safety regulations;(3)The influence factors of rock blasting fragmentation control are analyzed, including the geological conditions, the blasting design parameters and so on.The results show that the comprehensive grey correlation degree of related factors is as follows:the explosive index, the explosive unit consumption, the hole spacing, the hole row spacing(the dense coefficient)and the difference between rows;(4)The controlled blasting technology of slope is studied, and the numerical simulation of deep hole blasting is carried out by using the two-dimensional numerical model. The effects of single hole charge, hole distance and resistance line on smooth blasting were investigated;(5)In this paper, the comprehensive cost of slope controlled blasting is discussed The results show that high precision blasting construction may increase the cost of earthwork excavation, but at the same time,it will significantly reduce the cost of support and reinforcement in the later stage of slope, and reduce the overall cost of blasting.
