Along with the advancement of sponge city construction,road pavement hardening rate gradually increased,and the rainstorm water logging disasters caused by road had come into being once and twice,and also the disadvantages of common concrete pavement also gradually revealed,so many research about road material or improvements for raw materials has become a hot topic.Permeable polymer concrete is a kind of ecological economy and environmental protection with good performance of concrete,and also is made through special process with continuous pore of concrete.It is higher than general permeable concrete strength,and it has a certain air permeability.The Provide polymer powder and polymer emulsion of study is provided by Chongqing Nuclear Technology co.,LTD.According to the test procedures,the polymer powder and its mixture on the basis of experiment have been tested and done analysis,and also done the mechanical properties of the porous polymer concrete and studies the performance road.On the basis of the study,this article mainly has the following results:1.Through the test analysis,this study is concluded that the measured porosity of porous polymer concrete porosity are basically identical with the target,and based on the analysis of testing the effect of permeable,so we recommended that the best porosity of porous polymer concrete is 20%.2.Permeable polymer concrete compressive strength,bending strength value decreases with the increase of water cement ratio.And under the condition of certain target porosity,the existence and the corresponding optimal water cement ratio,the study by comparison with test and combined with experience of Chongqing Nuclear Technology co.,LTD.,and recommend permeability polymer concrete water-cement ratio about 0.3,and the target porosity is about 20% proportion of the best.3.Based on the compressive strength,bending strength and comprehensive consideration of the permeable coefficient,permeable polymer concrete on the choice is a way of mixing,and suggest a one-time feeding method;With the increase of dosage of polymer emulsion,permeable polymer concrete compressive strength,flexural strength increased,but considering the amount of permeable polymer emulsion mixing coefficient,the influence of the final recommended of the polymer emulsion dosage 5%;On the choice of specimen forming method,we used the static pressure molding.4.It is obtained by curing time and strength test that permeable polymer concrete strength development rule is different from general Portland concrete,and its early strength is growing rapidly.It grows slowly after 7 days and the percent of 7 days maintenance strength to curing the 28 d strength is more than 80% or even 100%.5.Wear resistance of the porous polymer concrete as target porosity,the increase of the ratio of water-cement is reduced,at the same time on the road,in terms of performance verification the rationality of the proportion is the best of this test.6.This study through the dry shrinkage test permeable polymer dry shrinkage strain of concrete,draw a permeable polymer concrete increased with the extension of dry shrank along with age,and whether the target or under the effect of water-cement ratio,porosity during the entire test of dry drop-off is a large variations in the early and late is smaller.7.This study made a permeable polymer concrete bonding performance test and analysis,and draw a permeable polymer concrete bonding performance with the increase of target porosity,water cement ratio.8.Through the wear resistance and drying shrinkage performance and bonding capacity test contrast analysis,this test draw a permeable polymer concrete that durability is better than that of ordinary Portland waterproof concrete.So it is recommended to use widely.
