With the extensive application of permanent magnet motors and the improvement of performance requirements for electromechanical equipment,the torque performance of permanent magnet synchronous motors has been listed as an important measure of motor quality,which has become an important factor affecting its competition in the market.While the direct drive system is widely used,the fluctuations in the motor will be no buffer directly applied to the processing platform,resulting in processing of the workpiece can not meet the smoothness requirements.Therefore,it is an important research direction to reduce the cogging torque and improve the torque performance of the motor.The purpose of this thesis is to reduce the cogging torque effectively on the basis of ensuring the output torque and the smaller torque ripple,this thesis mainly completed the following research.First,the structure,characteristics,principles and superiority of the A-axis permanent magnet torque motor are introduced in this thesis.The basic electromagnetic scheme of the A-axis permanent magnet torque motor and its stator slot type,rotor magnetic circuit structure and the selection of permanent magnet parameters are determined subsequently.By using the finite element method for electromagnetic field simulation prototype,the design rationality of electromagnetic scheme is verified combined with analysis and researched on the performance of the prototype.Then,based on the principle of electromagnetic fields,the generation mechanism and main influence factors of cogging torque are analyzed.The influences of conventional motor design parameters including permanent magnet thickness,pole arc coefficient,slot width and skew factor on cogging torque are analyzed,and the validity of the method is verified by finite element simulation.Meanwhile,the basic electromagnetic scheme of the A-axis permanent magnet torque motor and its stator slot type,rotor magnetic circuit structure and the choice of permanent magnet parameters are determined.Finally,based on the above validation,the combination of permanent magnet thickness,slot width and pole arc coefficient is used to optimize the cogging torque of A-axis permanent magnet torque motor.Through the analysis to draw conclusions,the permanent magnet thickness,slot width and pole arc coefficient of the effective integrated optimization can reduce the cogging torque of the A-axis torque motor and increase its output torque.Finally,the torque performance of the motor is simulated by the method of stator opening-assisted slot and the center line of the auxiliary slot migration method.The torque performance of the A-axis motor is calculated for the auxiliary slot type,slot depth,slot number and slot center line migration respectively,and the effective combination of the four,at the same time,the output load torque,back electromotive force and other related performance of the motor are analyzed.Conclusions can be obtained through the analysis,for the double swing head A-axis permanent magnet torque motor with stator tooth top grooving,combining the slot type,slot deep,slot number and slot center line migration reasonably will ensure the output torque under the premise of effectively weakening the motor cogging torque,and at the same time,improve the performance and stability of the torque output.
