This paper mainly focuses on the research of prestressed intelligent tension device based on fuzzy PID.After analyzing many types of manual tension device,such as intelligent tension device used in highway and railway,we found that tension device based on PID cannot fully adapt to the environment if considering the various types of bridge,different bridge structure and length,complex working conditions,the increase of the pressure relief under high pressure,oil pump failure under high pressure.It may leads low successful rate,great waste of resources and Potential accidents.In this paper,by a comprehensive analysis of the current problems we summed up the problems and difficulties that may be encountered.Integrating new sensor technology.The fuzzy PID control technology is used to optimize the control process.Through the establishment of fuzzy rule base,using the tension monitoring value and error and the error rate of elongation,the control model can be selected in advance.What's more,the system parameter of PID can be adjusted in real-time in the accordance with the model.Oil pump can be controlled accurately through a frequency converter.The synchronous tension,controllable loading rate and the precise tension force of the jack under various conditions are realized.Thus it makes the construction process fully meet the "Technical Specifications for Construction of Highway Bridges and Culverts"(JTG / F50-2011).By making simulations in the laboratory and testing on construction site,the control model and processes are summarized and improved.We raise the accuracy of the tension to 1% which is superior to 1.5% standard requirements.Meanwhile,success rate increases by more than 20%.It received a lot of praise from users.
