| With the increase of railways operating mileage and tunnel length in our country,the requirement of an efficient and dynamic tour inspection technology to tunnel lining surface condition is in need. With the development of laser and electric technology,laser measurement has turned from static point measurement to dynamic and 3D measurement field. Aimed at the measuring requirement of tunnel lining surface cracks and the principle of laser triangulation, this paper researched on the vehicle-mounted dynamic inspection technology of tunnel lining surfaces.Frist, this paper analyzed the research requirements of the subject, and introduced the research status of tunnel lining surface condition inspection technology home and abroad briefly, proposed the technical route and key indexes. Then described the principle of laser triangulation measurement, and based on which proposed the overall design scheme. According to the design scheme, researched on some key technologies of tunnel lining surface laser 3D imaging, mainly discussed the selection of optical devices, the control technology of dynamic measurement, image distortion and calibration method, recognition method of tunnel lining cracks in 3D images. The subject had finished the development of tunnel lining surface inspection system, and developed several field test and verification work on the test line.The results showed that, the proposed technology of prototype of tunnel lining surface condition inspection could inspect the lining surface cracks efficiently. The designed imaging system has more coverage area with single sensor, is of greater anti-interference ability and is of higher integration. |
