In recent decades,transfer matrix technology is a very high efficiency,very reliable chain structure system analysis and analysis tools,in the international engineering technology industry.The theoretical is based on separate a complete complex structure system into a series of subunits or substructures.And then establish a transfer matrix for the state variables of each single end for each subunit of discrete structures.Finally,with the help of the computer,Simple transfer principle for dynamic and static analysis or stability analysis of the structure.Compared with the finite element method and other analytical methods,the transfer matrix technology are simple and practical,low transfer matrix order,no need to predict vibration,and low computer performance requirements,short times,easy to master for the general engineering and technical personnel,and so on,In recent years,especially by engineering and technical personnel of all ages.Transmission matrix technology has been widely used in many fields such as building structure,aerospace,oil exploration,electric machinery,artillery rocket and so on.Which in these areas of the linear system applications more mature,but also in large complex nonlinear systems in the application of research has just begun,and very preliminary.The dynamic response of the rotor-bearing system is the same as the study of other systems,starting from the linear elastic range,increasing the constraint conditions and boundary conditions,transitioning to the local nonlinear system,finally,the whole nonlinear system.Strictly speaking,the linear system is the simplified system which is idealized,ignoring the secondary factors.The essential attribute of a physical phenomenon is a nonlinear system.The main content of this paper is to improve the traditional Prohl transfer matrix technology,so that it can be effectively applied to nonlinear chain structure system.The main research contents are as follows:1?In this paper,the technique of transfer matrix technology in linear system and nonlinear system of construction machinery structure is reviewed and studied.2?Based on the Prohl transfer matrix technique,this paper proposes to establish the transfer matrix relation by means of Wilson-? method.The Rugge-kutta method is used to calculate the nonlinear term in the transfer matrix.The modified Prohl transfer matrix technique can be applied to the nonlinear chain structure Analysis and calculation;3?In this paper,the acceleration is used as the transfer variable,which avoids the numerical instability caused by the use of displacement as the transfer variable,and improves the numerical stability of the method.4?Finally,the modified Prohl transfer matrix technique is used to calculate the transient response and steady state response of a nonlinear double rotor system.The correctness and validity of the proposed method are verified by comparison with the finite element method.
