PMLSM without intermediate transmission device,so the accuracy and reliability of the motor have been improved.With the constant improvement of control system,the development of CNC machine tools and other industries,the characteristics of the PMLSM favored by experts and producers.CNC machine tools achieve the high speed,high acceleration,high precision and large thrust,which use the PMLSM motor as driving device.However,PMLSM also exist obvious shortcomings,the armature iron core is disconnected.This structure causes end effect,and its actual form is end force,which has a big impact on CNC machine tools.Motor at the instant of the braking system causes unstable oscillation and reduces the service life of the drive.Firstly,this paper introduces the structure and working principle of PMLSM.The 3D model of the motor is built in the Ansoft Maxwell 3D on the basis of the theory of finite element analysis,and analyzed its magnetic field.After the analysis,the end effect is observed in the air flux density amplitude cloud.This thesis receives fitted curve of the end force through building the load platform.Direct torque control compared with traditional vector control has a wider application environment.The advantages and characteristics of DTC make up the defects of the vector control.With DTC,the accuracy of PMLSM is less susceptible to the effects of motor parameters changing.DTC has no complex calculation contemporary.In this article,the mathematical model of PMLSM is built,and the DTC simulation is set up in MATLAB as well.Then,the DTC model that considering the thrust fluctuation is established.After that,this article analyzed the effects of thrust fluctuation on the control system.This thesis used wavelet suppress thrust fluctuation,and its impact is validated by computer simulation.The simulation results show that the proposed scheme is effective to overcome the thrust fluctuation effect on the control system.At last,PMLSM drive has been designed on the basis of the above theory and simulation.TMS320F2812 is used as the core of the control system.The hardware part includes the main circuit and control circuit;software part includes the main program design,design of PI controller,interrupt service subroutine design and fault protection interruption program.
