With the rapid development of the city,population size and the pace of life is accelerating and making people more and more demanding on travel efficiency.In order to protect the safety of people on travelling,we need automatic driving system.Based on the background of the design and research of the rail vehicle in the central area of Beijing,the main driving force of the vehicle is based on the design of the fully automated driving technology.The main contents include the key functions of the vehicle itself,the design of the vehicle obstacle detection function and the reliability analysis,the safety interface design between the vehicle and the station door,the vehicle traffic organization plan and the trouble rescue mode.On the basis of fully survey on the related work in China and abroad,this paper has completed with the following four parts:First,the vehicle new features and design.In this paper,the vehicle driving mode of line 12 is introduced,and the difference between the automatic driving mode and the traditional artificial driving mode is analyzed in combination with the engineering practice.The use of the fishbone analysis method is used to study the vehicle Function,for which the key functions of the analysis.Second,the key technology research of vehicle functions under FAM mode.The two key functions of the vehicle in the automatic driving mode were studied.One is for the driver’s function by the center instead,as well as the status / fault upload,real-time monitoring of large data transmission needs,proposed using Ethernet to carry the recommendations.And for the automatic driving on the system reliability has a higher demand for the characteristics of the Ethernet network program was designed.The second is to study the obstacle detection device which is one of the new safety functions of the fully automatic driving vehicle.The obstacle detection device type is sorted out and the appropriate proposal is put forward,and the FMEA method is used to analyze the vehicle obstacle and the reliability of the detection device design was evaluated.Third,the vehicle and the station door interface design.Based on the analysis of the interface between the doorsof vehicle and the station,the paper analyzes the difference of the control process with or without driver mode.The research on the gap protection design of the door and the station is carried out,and the new physical scheme optimization measures are put forward,and the reliability analysis of the FMEA is carried out.Fourth,the vehicle traffic organization and rescue mode.This paper introduces the driving organization scheme of automatic driving vehicle on line 12,and analyzes the vehicle rescue mode in the operation organization,and analyzes the vehicle rescue process in different situations,and combined with the actual project on how to improve the rescue Efficiency analysis.At present,Beijing is based on eight A-type passenger cars under the trunk line,and the 8A-type vehicles in the application of automatic driving technology is still blank.This research work of this paper makes the foundation for the application of the automatic driving technology in the large passenger traffic network in Beijing.
