| Wet mortar is a concrete mixing plant can produce green energy-saving building materials,suitable for urban application.Due to the lack of natural sand resources,the natural sand in the mortar is replaced by the mechanism sand,but the mechanism of the sand is irregular,Mortar mix ratio and its performance,the mechanism of action and so on are studied.The effects of grade II fly ash,dispersant KS-2,cellulose ether HPMC4 million and retarder sodium gluconate were studied in this paper.The effects of two kinds of modified materials such as cement,sand and water were fixed.Mortar of various materials and its performance;the use of sand is part of the sand in the area Ⅱ,the study of fineness modulus and particle size matching wet mortar performance;with the mechanism of sand and stone instead of fly ash,the wet mortar The performance of the assessment,analysis of influencing factors.The main test cases are as follows:(1)Through the four-factor three-level orthogonal test analysis,fly ash,KS-2,HPMC4 million and sodium gluconate complex,the proportion of fly ash instead of cement is the impact of sand wet mortar water,wet bulk,2h consistency loss rate,compression and bonding strength of the main factors.HPMC4 million mainly affect the mortar water retention rate,sodium gluconate mortar coagulation time play a key role.The results show that the best mix ratio of four components is as follows: fly ash: HPMC4 million: KS-2: sodium gluconate = 40: 0.04: 0.02: 0.03;KS-2: sodium gluconate = 20: 0.02: 0: 03: 0.04;in addition,through the Zata potential test study found that: the proportion of the four components of the best mix ratio: fly ash: HPMC4 million: KS-2:,Sodium gluconate adsorption is greater than KS-2,sodium gluconate content increased,mortar water consumption decreased.The results show that there may be competitive adsorption and synergistic relationship between sodium gluconate and KS-2 in morta.(2)The sand content of the sand in the zone Ⅱ increases,the water demand decreases,but the water retention rate of the mortar changes little,which may increase the wet bulk density and the compressive strength value of the mortar due to the increase of the coarse particles ratio.Sand fineness modulus of 2.4 when the overall performance of the best,especially mortar 2h consistency loss rate of the smallest.When the fineness modulus is 2.4,the wet mix mortar is formulated with different gradation mechanism sand.The water consumption and gradation curve show that the wet bulk density and the compressive strength of 28 days are related to the proportion of sand with the above diameter of 1.18 mm.The closer the particle gradation is to the lower limit of zone II,the more water is used in mortar,the greater the proportion of particle size above 1.18 mm,the greater the bulk density of mortar and the compressive strength of 28 days.(3)The effect of mechanism sandstone powder instead of fly ash on the performance of wet mortar shows that the mortar has the largest water retention rate when the stone powder replaces 80% fly ash.The possible reason is that the morphological effect of stone powder makes the use of mortar water consumption,water absorption effect,microcrystalline nuclear effect on the mortar condensation time and cement hydration has an important role.(4)Taking Beijing Jinyu Pinggu Sand Making Factory as an example,the production process of sand and mortar is simple,but the operation of the mortar and the degree of sanding of the sand are affected by the mechanism sand.Fineness modulus of 2.7 or more,the mortar of the operability,pumping are poor;mechanism of gravel powder content of less than 5%,the mechanism of sand wet mortar performance is better,and difficult to crack. |
