In order to solve the current traffic congestion problems in large cities,public transport development should be placed in an important position.Comprehensive and accurate analysis of existing bus data management and mining,can provide reference for public transport planning and network optimization.The rapid development of intelligent transportation technology has made a lot of data in the field of urban traffic.Visualization technology plays an important role in the analysis and utilization of large traffic data,solve traffic problems and auxiliary decision-making.It has become a new hotspot in the field of intelligent transportation.It can effectively express the results by data processing and calculation.and combined with human visual perception to achieve the effect of analysis.In this paper,taking Beijing as an example,this paper analyzes the vector data of bus lines and stations in Beijing and IC card records,uses the method of map visualization to visualize the bus data.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.This paper studies the related theory and technology involved in the application of visualization analysis of public transport data from the aspects of large data such as bus data,spatial data mining,spatial analysis and data visualization.First,based on the research of the large data processing architecture identified the preprocessing steps: data preparation,visualization(information mining)and visualization,Then the data mining and spatial analysis knowledge needed in the data processing and analysis stage are studied.Finally,the visualization of data is introduced,and the application characteristics of several visual methods are expounded.2.Aiming at the characteristics of attribute data in data bus design data table of the original data for storage,and carry out the visualization preprocessing according to the demand.Puts forward the distribution of bus route based on road and designs the matching of bus line and main road network,get the line and the road in the spatial position of the quantitative relationship;Information mining process flow was designed and implemented,including getting on or off site line direction judgment and passenger transfer behavior recognition so as to facilitate subsequent traffic statistical analysis;Using the existing sites and lines and other data on the status of Beijing public transport to evaluate the status of the use of ArcGIS software spatial analysis ability to calculate the convenience of each region evaluation index.3.Design the overall architecture of the visual application system,and use the open source chart library D3.js and the map library leaflet.js and Cesium to visualize the Beijing bus data as an example.According to the characteristics of different data,a suitable visualization method is designed to realize the statistical function of public transportation convenience index,regional travel statistics,line distribution and site passenger flow,and statistical function of historical passenger flow data.The analysis results can promote the effective utilization of bus data,Department of decision making.
