Heavy load in the article refers to the boundary condition that the external load in the thread connection structure is closed to the bolt pre-tightening force or even more than the bolt pre-tightening force of the bolt coupling.At present,the methods used in the mechanical property of screw thread connection structure analysis mainly include the analytic method and finite element method.However,the processing of the analysis process is multiple simplified,and the results with large errors exist are hard to provide reliable theory for the design of the threaded connection structure.Therefore,further related research work has an obvious significance to the screw thread connection.Based on this,on the basis of a large number of theoretical study in the paper,related mechanical properties of bolt are analyzed and its structure optimization design is studied by using the finite element software.This paper mainly make a study of two aspects:Firstly,based on the relevant theory of bolt,bolt connection structure mechanics performance is analyzed by using the finite element software.The mechanical properties of bolt connection structure are mainly analyzed by statics and dynamics analysis.Bolt static analysis theory has been relatively mature,and the finite element software is also a kind of common tool,but the analysis of bolt connection structure by using the finite element software is faced with many problems.And study the dynamics of bolt is relatively small,based on the theory of the bolt and the statics analysis,preliminary analysis on the dynamic characteristics of bolt can be executed by making use of the finite element software,and characteristics of the stress of the bolt under different stress amplitude excitation are studied.Secondly,based on the analysis of the mechanical properties and the relevant theory of bolt,it is studied that how to better analyze the structure optimization design by using the finite element software.Bolt coupling structure is a common connection structure and it is mainly made up of connections,bolts and nuts.Design method of bolt connection structure on the macro is usually relatively simple.In order to improve the mechanical properties of bolts,it is usually required to study the interior of bolt and nut,and to optimize the geometric parameters of the internal details of bolts and nuts,and to improve the connection strength of bolts and nuts.In this paper,based on the software tools ANSYS14.0,the bolt connection structure is parametric modeled,and on the basis of a large number of theories analysis,the axial stress characteristics of bolt under preload and dynamic load is analyzed,and it is discussed that the method of how to better carry on the structure optimization of bolt.The analytical method provides a certain reference basis for the bolt coupling structure mechanics performance analysis and its structure optimization design research.
