Abstract/Summary:
The rod bushing of diesel engine is one of the important parts of diesel engine crank connecting rod mechanism which is installed between the diesel engine piston pin and connecting rod.Assume the function of sliding bearing,The machining quality and working characteristics of rod bushing is closely related to the service life and reliability of the diesel engine.In the working process of the diesel engine,the connecting rod bushing works under high temperature,high pressure and corrosive environment,and withstand the impact of alternating load,the working condition is very bad.In order to meet the functional requirements of connecting rod bushing in bad working conditions.Working in two aspects that the processing and lubrication of connecting rod bushing.The processing technology and lubrication conditions were studied to ensure its reliability.In this paper,based on the needs of a diesel engine connecting rod bushing,carried out related research,the work is as follows:1)Study on processing technology of power spinning.Up to now,the process of high strength connecting rod bushing is made of strong spinning process.On the basis of reviewing the current preparation process of connecting rod bushing.This paper studied on the strength of spinning without errors by finite element method,the effect of spinning process of the main process parameters of spinning wheel angles,mandrel and roller distance,feed rate,spindle speed,feed ratio,thinning rate,spinning billet temperature on the spinning process have been analyzed and some rules was got.It can be used as reference for the determination of relevant process parameters.2)Analysis of lubrication characteristics of connecting rod bushing.In this paper,based on the theory of kinematics and dynamics of the crank and connecting rod mechanism,the calculation formula of the external load of the connecting rod bushing is derived in detail.For the lubrication characteristics analysis of connecting rod bushing,the load boundary conditions are established.Then the Reynolds equation of lubrication analysis of connecting rod bushing is established and solved the equation by the method of The Holland numerical method.A series of physical parameters characterizing the lubrication characteristics of connecting rod bushing are obtained,including the axis track,the maximum oil film pressure,the minimum oil film thickness,etc.3)Software tools development.In order to realize the rapid analysis of the connecting rod bushing.In this paper,on the basis of work 2),C software is used to develop the software for analyzing the lubrication characteristics of sliding bearing and software tools are provided for the related technical analysis.
