Metal rubber vibration isolator is the significant supporting element of the high power diesel engine in the military armored vehicle.This vibration isolator can be able to withstand high temperatures,corrosion and radiation.These characteristics can make metal rubber vibration isolator function well and have long service life in the strong load,small installation space,bad environment of the vibration isolator system in the military huge high power engine.In recent years,scholars at home and abroad research on the trial and structural design,less on the working mechanism or the nonlinear characteristics instead.So it is essential to make research on this specific area.According to the nonlinear characteristics of the metal rubber vibration isolator,this text introduces corresponding research methods and parameter identification methods.As metal rubber vibration isolator is the dry friction damping system,it introduces the related notion and the solving methods.it discusses the manufacture technics of the metal rubber element and the influence of the relative density and the stiffness coefficient from relative deformation in the molding process.It analyses the performance and the structure from the microcosmic point.Then,according to the bilinear constitutive model,it establishes the hysteretic resilience model of the metal rubber isolator.After that,according to the structural feature of the metal rubber element,hysteretic resilience is divided into elastic force and damping force(exclusive of the memorial link).Through the harmonic balance method,it can analyze the natural frequency characteristics and forecast the bifurcation phenomenon.The next step is to deduce the polynomial of the model through multinomial fit,and then to linearize it equivalently.That facilitates the equation establishment which will be used in succedent parameter identification.It separates the parameters in the previous model expression to obtain the separated identification model of the respective parameter.Then it establishes the corresponding integral identification equation.Through the genetic algorithm and iterative solutions,it obtains the parameters of the metal rubber isolator system,and shows the comparison of the two situations:the first is applied the excitation which has the same frequency but various amplitudes,the second is applied the excitation which has the same amplitude but various frequencies.Through the comparison,it get the relative regularities.The text analyses the differential equation of motion through the Simulink,andthrough the sinesweep experiment,it obtains the natural frequency,energy loss factor,damping factor and stiffness factor.In the end,contrasting the previous parameters solved from the model and the parameters obtained by the experiment,it concludes that the two has the little error,and the method to establish the model and the model are correct and reliable.
