Steel structure residence is the goal of the development of our country in the future.As a new type of construction,the special-shaped column composed of concrete-filled steel tubes meet the needs of the country to promote the assembly building.In this paper,the pure frame structure composed of concrete filled steel tube composite columns,and frame supporting structure are calculated and analyzed respectively,which fully guarantee the safety of the structure,and provide an important basis for the construction of the actual project.Firstly,the paper takes the project of workers' dormitory in Hainan as an example,the pure frame structure of concrete filled square steel tube composite columns is analyzed and optimized by MIDAS Gen software.Under the action of wind load,the stress and the period ratio of the member and the inter story drift angle all meet the standard requirements,the results show that the structure is reasonable,safe and credible.In this project,this is the first choice for use section size-140 × 140 × 5 × 5composite steel and concrete special-shaped column,which compared with the section size-150× 150 × 6 × 6 square tube column,we found that building steel consumption decreased significantly.Shandong Weihai Zhuoda district project as the background,using MIDAS gen to build composite concrete filled square steel frame with special-shaped column-H beam supporting structure model,study on the application of the special-shaped column in high rise engineering.Analysis of the basic static performance of the structure.Methods Pushover analysis was used to check the elastic-plastic deformation of the building structure under the condition of rare earthquake,when the structure reaches the performance point,the total displacement and angular displacement between layers can meet the elastic-plastic deformation limit requirements,thus verify the safety of the whole structure design,which provides basis and reference of this kind of structure.In this paper,the advantages and disadvantages of the floor slab and wall panel used in the present assembly building are analyzed,the economy and applicability of wallboard and floor slab are analyzed and compared,and the detailed introduction of ALC plate,the assembly of the envelope structure will make the modern architecture step towards assembly.At the end of this paper,the fire prevention measures are discussed,this paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the practical application of fire retardant coating and fireproof board.The paper also puts forward the fire protection measures of using ALC fireproof plate as the concrete filled square steel tube column,The installation process of ALC sheet is described in detail,fire tests were carried out in Tianjin Fire Research Institute of the Ministry of public security.The results show that the ALC fire prevention board is a very effective fire protection technical measure...
