| The design of energy dissipation is one of the important work of hydraulic structure design,good energy dissipation facilities can reduce the kinetic energy of stilling pool water,make it into potential energy,the one hand to prevent the downstream river bed is scoured by,on the other hand can protect the safety of the chamber.Drainage building plain sluice,due to scour the river bed and bank limited capacity,the sluice can be often used underflow energy dissipation,stilling basin structure is to dig down deep,connected by slope and horizontal plate.In the process of the operation of the stilling pool,it is generally the most important thing in this kind of engineering design,such as the water jump of the slope or the jump of the slope.In recent years,many built in the seven century,in 80 s the drainage building gradually revealed various problems,the core problem mainly in the energy dissipation structure,eliminating the core power pool structure design mainly is the slope of the connecting section,the bottom depth and length of stilling basin,and calculate the experience of these structures have been mature enough,therefore,by increasing the auxiliary energy dissipater,multi-stage stilling pool and other measures are required by the model test to prove it for energy dissipation effect.The energy dissipation effect of stilling basin and the influence of multiple factors on sediment erosion and deposition.Orthogonal test design is a design method of multi factors and multi levels,it is based on the orthogonality selected from comprehensive test of some representative points test,these representative points have "evenly dispersed,neat features than the orthogonal test design is the main factor analysis method design that is the experimental design method of a kind of high efficiency,rapid and economic.In this paper,based on the domestic and foreign research scholars on stillingbasin and energy dissipation test on the basis of the research,through theoretical analysis,the research focuses on the tail ridge structure change of stilling pool fire and sand washing effect can influence,therefore,the orthogonal design method,through the establishment of hydraulic model of stilling basin that does not change in the stilling basin based on the size of the overall structure,adjusting the end sill slope and end sill slope position,at the same time,will flow as a factor involved in the orthogonal design,the energy dissipation ratio and sand rate as test indexes,orthogonal table L9(34).After completion of the test,the data into an orthogonal table,two methods are analyzed by orthogonal test and variance analysis,we can get the end sill flow,slope,slope position of the end sill three factors for the energy dissipation ratio and sand rate influence trend and influence degree.The analysis draws the conclusion: when the flux is small,the end sill slope position closer from the end sill end sill slope is smaller,the energy dissipation ratio is higher;the greater the flow,the tail ridge slope is greater,the tail ridge slope position from the end sill far,stilling pool remaining less sediment the higher the rate of sediment. |
