The dissertation “Study on the magnetic suspension control system of the controllable excitation linear motor” supported by the National Natural Science Foundation which is titled the study on the operation mechanism and control strategy of the magnetic levitation feed platform of the controllable excitation linear synchronous motor(Project No.:51575363).The dissertation mainly study on the controllable excitation linear synchronous motor and its suspension control system.The main contents of the dissertation are as follows:(1)The operation mechanism and mathematical model of the controllable excitation linear synchronous motor.Study on the structure characteristics and operation mechanism of controllable excitation linear synchronous motor based on the principle of electromagnetic and kinematics,on the basis of the structure characteristics and operation principle of rotating synchronous motor and linear synchronous motor.The voltage equation,flux linkage equation and the equation of motion of the controllable excitation linear synchronous motor are established,especially the mathematical model of the magnetic suspension system of controllable excitation linear motor are established.The voltage equation,electromagnetic force equation and equation of motion of magnetic suspension system of the controllable excitation linear synchronous motor are linearized at the equilibrium,based on the linearization method at equilibrium point.(2)Finite element analysis and structural design of controllable excitation linear motor magnetic levitation feed platform.On the basis of the mathematical model of controllable excitation linear motor,the Ansoft software is used to analyze the electromagnetic field and electromagnetic force of the controllable excitation linear motor.The AutoCAD software is used to design the mechanical structure of the controllable excitation linear synchronous motor magnetic levitation feed platform.(3)Simulation study of adaptive fuzzy control strategy for the magnetic levitation control system of controllable excitation linear synchronous motor.According to the linearized mathematical model of magnetic suspension system of controllable excitation synchronous motor,the dynamic mathematical model of time varying parameters of controllable excitation linear synchronous motor is derived in the state space.According to the mathematical model of the magnetic suspension system and the principle of the adaptive fuzzy control system,the simulation model of adaptive fuzzy control system of the magnetic suspension system of the controllable excitation linear synchronous motor is established by Simulink simulation module of Matlab software,and then simulation research is carried out.
