As a clean,efficient and convenient integrated project in the field of energy,natural gas distributed energy stations have been gradually introduced into China from the developed countries in recent years.With the increasing of energy consumption,the rising cost of energy and environmental protection pressure increased gradually.In the case of high-speed development of the industrial,the dependence on the cleanliness and efficiency of the energy system has been highly required.The rationality of energy structure and the efficiency of energy utilization will directly influence the orientation of energy structure in our country.Therefore,it is the key to solve the above problems via developing a reasonable,safety and reliable form of energy supplying in industrial park.First of all,after analyzing the development status of natural gas distributed energy station in domestic and foreign,combining with the energy status of Jinan,the primary energy supply and the requirements of energy saving and environmental protection,it is determined that natural gas distributed energy station is used to replace the original coal-fired boiler for energy supplying.Then the concept,system classification,principle and main equipment of natural gas distributed energy station are introduced.Secondly,this paper selected an industrial park's coal gasification project in Jinan as an example.According to the data of heat load,cold load and electric load collected and provided by the staffs in the energy station,combining with the typical meteorological parameters of Jinan,simulated and calculated the heating load and the cooling load in summer and annual electric load of the industrial park,then analyzed the characteristics of various load in detail.This industrial park consumes 100 thousand tons steam,including 4.012 million tons steam tomeet the heating load in winter and 2280 tons steam to meet the load of absorption refrigeration,the annual electricity consumption is 24 million and 790 thousand kWh,and the annual cooling capacity is 2844 MW.Six kinds of systems and related equipment were designed according to the load.It was determined that the gas turbine generator was used as the prime mover unit,and the waste heat boiler was used as the waste heat recovery equipment to improve the comprehensive energy efficiency of the system.The use of gas boilers as supplementary equipment,especially to meet the winter heating load demanded.The analysis of optimal system operation mode selection ensures that the system can run in the best condition to meet the requirements of energy saving and environmental protection.Finally,the evaluation system is analyzed by using the comprehensive energy efficiency,exergy efficiency,economic efficiency and relative energy saving rate.And the environmental benefit,economic benefit and social benefit are analyzed based on the measured data.
