Research And Application Of Measurement Automation System Based On The Integration Of Business And Distribution

Currently Electric energy telemetering system,Large consumer power load management system,low voltage wave carrying central meter reading system,Distribution transformer monitoring and management system have been widely applied domestic and overseas.This paper first introduces the Integration of business and distribution of foreign research situation and application,there are many disadvantages in the traditional mode of separation,so producing with the integration of the first,customer service,platform,lean management concept,discusses the necessity and feasibility of integrated distribution system,the integrated distribution system architecture,function scope detailed deployment;In order to realize the unified construction,interactive use,information sharing and resource saving of the measurement automation system,this paper focuses on the construction of measurement automation system based on integration of distribution and integration.The measurement automation system based on the integration of distribution and distribution is divided into five levels: terminal equipment layer,network communication layer,basic platform layer,basic application layer and advanced application layer.This paper introduces the function of the basic platform,the basic application functions,the description and requirements of advanced application functionsIn this paper,the overall framework,integrated distribution measurement automation system based on integrated data from Guangzhou Power Supply Bureau,this paper introduces the function and process of system analysis,the distribution network line loss management,collecting management,load management,power station,electric energy telemetering demand side management six modules.Based on the statistical data of measurement automation in Guangzhou area the case analysis proves the validity of this method,it can provide a new basis for the network operation and maintenance.
