Research On The Optimization Of Chinese Green Building Evaluation Criteria Based On Perspective Of Project Management

Nowadays,the construction industry is one of the pillar industries of economic development.And it is also one of the main causes of environmental pollution.From design,construction,operation to demolition,construction industry not only consumes vast resources,but also produces a lot of construction waste and releases a huge amount of greenhouse gas,which causing great damage to our environment.Declining of the quality of indoor atmosphere,climate change and a series of problems emerge.The increasing scarcity of resources and the deterioration of the environment has made the demands of the community for the construction industry continue to improve.Traditional building are forced to find the path of transformation.In recent years,the concept of sustainable development gets more and more popular.Green building,which saves resources,reduces pollution and improves life quality of users,emerges as times require.As the main practical form of the concept of sustainable development in the construction sector,green building has been getting rapid development in the past forty years.The demand of the successful implementation of green building project spawned a variety of new technology,new equipment and new concept.And its application in green building projects improves the technological level of green building.At the same time,countries also continue to introduce new policies and regulations to standardize and develop the incentive of green building.Green building evaluation standards,as an important safeguard for promoting the development of green building,is getting more and more attention.The core function of the green building evaluation standard is to evaluate the performance of the building.It evaluates the performance of the various aspects of the building through with a series of indicators and gives the appropriate level of green building.Therefore,manycountries in the world intend to develop their own green building evaluation criteria considering their own national conditions,combined with geographical,historical,cultural and other characteristics.The concept of green building changes rapidly.Even the evaluation standard with high degree of recognition and wide range of application is also constantly optimizing.China published the first edition evaluation standard in 2006 and the second in2014.Because of the imperfect itself and the constantly updating of the concept of green building,Assessment Standard for Green Building does not get much market participation.It is getting imminent to improve our standard.The optimization of green building evaluation standard are mainly concentrated in the field of energy consumption simulation,passive energy saving,indoor air quality and the application of BIM tools.Project management,as a non technical means,has been recognized for the importance of the realization of green building.But it is relatively scarce for the study of project management related indicators of green building evaluation criteria.Therefore,from the perspective of project management,this study made an in-depth analysis of LEED-BD+C,BREEAM-NC,GM-NB,GS-DB and ASGB-2014,using the method of comparative study.This study deliberate the deficiency of the design of project management related indicators of ASGB-2014.This study put forward optimization measures of the project management related indicators by learning foreign assessment standards and built a model of optimization.At last,tested and verified the model by the method of behavior event interview.To a certain extent,this study made up the insufficient of the studies on the optimization of green building assessment standard.And this study thoroughly analyzed the project management related indicators from four aspects which is indicator level,indicator effect forms,indicator participant and indicator effect range.It good for practitioners to acquire a better understanding of the assessment standard and enhance it's practicability in practice and lay the foundation for the development of green building in the 13 th Five-year Plan.
