With the deterioration of the ecological environment and the gradual depletion of energy and other serious practical problems,the traditional internal combustion engine vehicles do not have the great advantage as the past.Developed countries have set strict standards for their emissions,some developing countries such as China have already started to implement odd-and-even license plate rule in major cities,and the development of internal combustion engine vehicles has encountered a bottleneck.At present,the world is vigorously developing new energy vehicles(EV),thus was born the electric vehicles.Their zero emissions,small noise,green and other absolute advantages-not only reduce the degree of environmental pollution,also achieve the energy recycling.In the field of EVs,to make energy recovery and reuse has became an important research topic,EVs frequently brake when driving on roads will waste a lot of energy,and most of these energy consumed in the form of heat.It is of great value to absorb the excess energy of the braking process and recycle it through the energy storage and the appropriate converter.This subject is based on the above background,focuses on the characteristics ofsupercapacitor,and the whole process of absorption and feedback is also analyzed.Meanwhile taking into account the supercapacitor and battery composed of hybrid energy storage in the course of work how to reasonably afford and absorb the energy and power,thereby extending the working life of the entire energy storage.The main work of this paper includes the following aspects:1.A detailed analysis of a three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)structure and performance parameters,so as to simulate the real electric vehicle motor,and lay the foundation of the following simulation and experiment.2.Based on Matlab/Simulink,the simulation model of the system is established,focuses on the energy feedback control system and analyzes its operation principle and the simulation verification and analysis are carried out.3.Based on the ADI experimental platform,the main controller,hardware circuit and working flow of the whole system are described in detail.The working characteristics of ADI system are clarified,the parameters are adjusted to meet the experimental requirements,the experiment is completed and the experimental results are analyzed.4.Summarizes the whole paper and analyzes the shortcomings,puts forward the suggestions for improvement,and makes a prospect of the research direction of this paper.
