Environmental pollution and energy crisis is one of the many social topics today,people are constantly looking for new solutions,and the car as one of the most important traffic tool of mankind,no ground for blame has become the focus of public concern.The car has been accompanied by human hundreds of years,especially in recent years,the environment and energy caused great distress and pressure,and new energy vehicles is likely to become the direction of the development of automobile.As a transitional form,the hydrogen engine has become a new direction of development,which is of great research value.In order to realize the normal operation of the hydrogen engine,it is one of the feasible schemes to produce hydrogen by microwave plasma.This paper explores the feasibility of vehicle on-line plasma hydrogen on hydrogen engine,and briefly describes the experiment platform,and a series of data were measured by experiment platform to test the reaction of ethanol water vapor to microwave plasma.Under the steam reforming reaction,the hydrogen concentration in the mixture reaches 52.17%,and the reaction rate is greater than 0.8,the hydrogen yield is 7.6L/min.The first chapter and the second chapter mainly discuss the development prospect of the hydrogen engine,the application of the microwave plasma reformer on the vehicle,and estimate the hydrogen requirement rate of the hydrogen engineThe third chapter and the fourth chapter give a brief overview of the experiment platform,the operation of the experiment,the details of the main description,and a series of measured data display and analysis.In the fifth chapter and the sixth chapter,by comparing the combustion data of hydrogen fueled internal combustion engine,this paper discusses the energy saving performance ofhydrogen production by microwave plasma,and make a conclusion and prospect.
