| Compare with wet dual clutch,dry dual clutch has its many advantages,such as simple in structure,low manufacture cost and high efficiency of transferring torque,which make the dry dual clutch have a share in automobile automatic transmission field.This paper relied on an university-enterprise cooperation project of dry dual clutch,and studied the performance and control method of vehicle based on dry dual clutch during the process on starting,the main research contents are as follows:(1)Based on the research and development status of dual clutch transmission both domestic and international,according to the structure and working principle of dry clutch and combine with the performance characteristics of diaphragm spring,establish the mathematical model of the clamp force of pressure plate based on the bearings displacement of dry dual clutch,and on this basis,built the mathematical model of dry dual clutch torque transferring.(2)Researched on control methods of vehicle starting with two clutches together of dual dry clutch based on analyzing the process of vehicle starting with dry clutch.(3)Based on building the dynamical simulation model of dry dual clutch vehicle,simulated and analyzed the process of dry dual clutch vehicle starting based on the optimization method of controlling parameters of torque transferring.The simulation results imply this method is effective and in favour of dropping the jerk and improving vehicle starting smoothness.(4)Built a test rig to test the dry dual clutch torque characteristics,the bench test results verify that feasibility and validity of the control method of starting of vehicle with dry dual clutch in this paper.This paper combined with the research and development status of dual clutch transmission both domestic and international,according to the dry clutch torque characteristics of vehicle with dry dual clutch on starting,has simulated and researched on starting performance and control method of vehicle with dry dual clutch,the research result would has a certain theoretical and practical significance to approve the performance of dry dual transmission. |
