| The vigorous development of the world economy to promote rapid ascension manufacturing level,the rapid development in the aerospace,transportation,astronomical observation,particularly in areas such as performance.Optical system can simplify the complicated surface optical structure layout,improve the efficiency of energy transmission,help the lightweight and miniaturization of the whole system is becoming a hot research topic in the field of precision manufacturing.Complex curved surface element as a core device of modern optical devices,widely used in high precision camera lens,a telescope and motor vehicle headlamps,and many other fields,the industry for its surface complexity and processing surface precision higher and higher demands are proposed.Detection of complex curved surface increases with the increase of difficulty with surface accuracy.The existing measurement system with an off-line measuring method,these methods are relatively mature and can achieve high accuracy of measurement.But as a result of off-line measuring need to remove the artifacts,there are secondary clamping positioning error.From the point of view of measurement principle,not conducive to the long-term development of the complex curved surface.This paper developed a three axis precision motion platform of contact position measuring system.Based on the three axis precision motion platform as the carrier,developed based on the Keyence GT2-H50 digital non-contact sensor probe measurement system of the reign of complex curved surface.In order to ensure the accuracy of measurement system,measurement platform choose Turbo with PMAC Clipper movement controlCARDS real-time control the position of the three axis platform,choose ART USB3202 data acquisition card high speed and high precision measuring probe sensor data.Designed for fixed probe sensor,based on the two-dimensional adjustment jig probe,probe vertical adjustment calibration can be realized.Using VC++ 6.0 MFC module to complete the PC application in measuring system of secondary development,software interface design,data acquisition card and the movement control CARDS function called library file,complete measure each function module of software application development,implementation in motion control,data acquisition automation measurement system.Complete measuring system theoretical analysis,the measurement data are bad points out,the radius compensation and curve fitting processing.Complete the contact in the error analysis of measurement system and precision analysis.Measuring the trajectory planning of measurement system,number of measurement point and distribution planning.Complete measurement system hardware and software debugging,to calibration experiment and precision in measurement system calibration experiment.For plane and convex type cylindrical workpiece of three groups of different sizes and hollow cylindrical workpiece measurement experiment.Surface of theoretical and experimental results,this topic developed in the measurement system can better complete contact of complex curved surface measurement,the measurement precision can reach micron grade.On-machine measurement system has better accuracy and repeatability of dynamic measurement precision and measurement system can better realize the automation of complex curved surface measurement. |
