| The National Engineering Laboratory for safety,operation and maintenance of Urban Rail Transit System was unveiled in July 2016,which marking the operation and maintenance of urban rail transit system has been raised to same important position with planning and construction.Especially in the trend of network operation,how to build the operation and maintenance network for urban rail transit is not only an important content of health management for urban rail transit system,but also one of the urgent technical problems to be solved.Operation and maintenance network for urban rail transit services for the physical network of urban rail transit system.A safe,reliable,timely response,low cost and low consumption network was designed by allocating maintenance support points,maintenance support units and spare warehouse scientifically and optimizing the allocation of various types of maintenance resources to ensure the safe operation of urban rail transit system.Conceptual model of operation and maintenance network for urban rail transit system is defined based on the complex network theory.Based on the theory and practice of operation and maintenance for urban rail transit system,set covering model was used to plan and design the operation and maintenance network.Three key issues were solved,that is,choosing maintenance methods,determining maintenance strategy and assigning maintenance sources.Integer programming model for operation and maintenance network was designed based on theory of set covering.The objective functions are minimum number of maintenance support points and shortest length of all path.Taken the timely response,capacity of maintenance support unit,service relationship and path between maintenance support points with maintenance demand points,the maintenance resource allocation as constraints,designing biogeography-based algorithm to solve the model.The numerical analysis shows that the model and algorithm are effective.The capacity of maintenance support unit and the gradual coverage radius have influence on the timeliness,resource utilization and costs.The research provides a way to construct and improve the maintenance network for urban rail transit,and a reference for improving the ability of operation and maintenance network.This paper studies the design of the equipment maintenance network of urban rail transit facilities.It is an important prerequisite to ensure the efficient,orderly and safe operation of urban rail transit.Based on this paper,the time window is introduced into the urban rail transit network,and the number of maintenance and protection points is considered.Point of support capacity,maintenance support points and maintenance needs between the service relationship and network operations on the urban rail transit maintenance network impact.Based on the physical network of urban rail transit,considering the similarity between complex network and urban rail transit maintenance network,the maintenance network is described by using complex network scheme.Considering the timeliness of fault maintenance,combined with the set covering model,The network of urban rail transit facilities and equipment maintenance network set covering model,and biogeography algorithm to solve the maintenance of network design solutions.At the same time,it solves the network design scheme of urban rail transit maintenance in other centralized situations.The complex network method can accurately describe the characteristics of the maintenance network,and the biogeographic algorithm can effectively solve the problem of the set covering model.The experimental results show that considering the time window has an important impact on the design of the urban rail transit maintenance network,the number of maintenance support points and the service capab ility have an impact on the design of the urban rail transit maintenance network,and provide an reference for the design of the urban rail transit maintenance network. |
