Nowadays,the calculation and research of steel silo structure have made great progress.However,due to the complexity of the silo load environment,many engineering machinery companies need to carry out pipelining operations for the design and finite element analysis of the silos,which thereby increases productivity.In most cases,the calculation of load is simple.This paper will discuss and fit the material load,wind load and snow load.The secondary development of APDL language based on ANSYS can be used as a finite element batch analysis and then guide the production.For the load environment of the steel silo structure and the mechanical environment when working have been studied for more than 100 years.The main points are mainly on the lateral pressure of the silo inside the silo,the stability of the conical silo turning ring beam and the stability of the cylindrical shell wall.As for the discussion of the wind load,people haven't carried out detailed research,which results in inaccurate calculation when the silo works in a complex working environment.This paper will cover the introduction on the structure and the working principle of concrete mixing plant and silo and the current research situation of bulk pressure.By searching the wind tunnel experimental data,the author is going to fit the wind load through the formula and to set the load according to the different environment of the silo,so that the calculation will be more accurate and convenient.In addition,the main research contents and research significance will also be described and explained in this paper.The use of software language for secondary development in engineering design and finite element analysis can be seen very often.The main content of this paper is to use ANSYS based parametric design language(APDL)to establish the model,bracket,vertical plate,cylindrical sheet,tube,I-beam and other structures.Through the division of the grid,the author will give attributes to the unit,apply the load and carry out partial static analysis and dynamic analysis.Then,the finite element analysis of the silos of different models and sizes was carried out by changing the dimensions of the silos,the radius of the cylindrical sheet,the support base and the outrigger reinforcement plate.In the meantime,the author tries to optimize the design by size change and local structural adjustment,so that it can guide the design and production.Finally,write and set the software interface.Through the interface,people can change the size of the different parts of the silo,choose a different form of support,the number of layers of a base,as well as the number of cylindrical drums,allowing the designer to perform finite element analysis of the silo by simple operation.The deduction and research of the load and the preparation of the software kernel are the focus of this paper.
