The effect of rock loading rate is one of the hot spot in rock mechanics research.it is with guidance to study the effect of rock loading rate in intensive study of rock failure mechanism, theoretical analysis of rock deformation and failure, improvement of rock engineering construction technology and engineering disaster prevention.Based on three kinds of problems of rock, such as the rock deformation localization, the macroscopic crack growth and the interfacial sliding, the experimental study on the deformation and acoustic emission characteristics of rock loading rate effect. This paper introduces the basic principle of digital speckle correlation method as a non-contact measurement method, expounds the optimization model of digital speckle correlation method;introduces the principle and method of analysis of AE signals and acoustic emission equipment for acoustic emission signal;Based on three kinds of problems of rock, such as the rock deformation localization, the macroscopic crack growth and the interfacial sliding, the experiments are designed.Deformation evolution and acoustic emission characteristics of rock deformation localization under different loading rate:Based on the study of rock deformation, deformation localization,Poisson's ratio and energy evolution under different loading rates. The deformation evolution characteristics and acoustic emission characteristics of rock deformation with loading rate effect are obtained.Study on the deformation evolution and acoustic emission characteristics of rock fracture under different loading rate:The deformation and acoustic emission characteristics of the granite specimens with I type pre-cracks under different loading rates were investigated by using a high-speed camera and an acoustic emission system. The parameters of crack propagation rate, stress intensity factor, crack opening displacement and the time-frequency domain of acoustic emission are obtained.Study on the deformation evolution and acoustic emission characteristics of rock interface slip under different loading rate:Rock interface sliding experiment using granite double side shear model.Based on the study of the evolution of interface slip deformation and acoustic emission information at different loading rates. The deformation evolution and the characteristics of acoustic emission during the interface slip of rock interface under different loading rates are obtained.
