At present,most of the engineering management of highway and bridge is still staying in the level of paper and CAD drawings in China,which holds poor visualization and low level of informatization and intellectualization.Construction site involves many property units as well as hard organization and coordination.In order to guarantee the smooth implementation of the work,it needs repeated display of construction scheme,and the periodic report of construction plan,but the management mode of traditional project is mostlycompleted in the form of construction drawings,site photos,text introduction and PPT presentation,which may cannot clearly express the true sense of change and dynamic process,cannot display engineering design and Simulation of construction progress,cannot integrate the project information collection,management,update process.This paper takes Anzhen bridge stereo bus transfer project as a practical basis,and studies onthe three-dimensional model information of bridge construction,through the establishment of three-dimensional model information technology system of bridge construction technology,providing a dynamic real-time 3D visualization to take construction simulation in the real world of bridge 3D scenes.the main research process is as follows:1.Collect and processbasic dataof system project design:Anzhen bridge basic data,aerial images,road DOM and DEM data,including the bridge foundation size measurement,bridge main structure live shooting,bridge foundation data statistic;2.Draw and arrange the bridge CAD diagram,drawthe plan of the bridge and trunk road by aerial image,importthe CAD plan into the 3DSMAX software,and complete the modeling of the bridge,the road infrastructure and its auxiliary facilities;3.Map production and post-processing:using image processing technology to shoot the texture processing,making model textures,textures,materials,and finally baking,renderingand system interface design;4.Realizing the combination of new technology of 3DSMAX and Unity3D,determine the system function and development route:model of input and output,model editing,information tagging,spatial analysis,layer management,animation editing,browsing path and development route,completing the system development,and successfully using the system to the actual project,realizing the rapid modeling of bridge construction scheme and the fusion of terrain image data and 3D model,visual display of 3D model of bridge,changing the traditional two-dimensional display mode,selecting a different design more intuitive with dual linkage,making dynamic deduction of bridge construction scheme more convenient;the functions of layer editing and display are integrated into one to realize fine and dynamic management of bridge construction process.
