With global warming,city urbanization,brought a series of problems including the city hydrology,deterioration of city flood disaster prone,hydrological environment,Chinese city construction "water" status over the "hard,flat,filling,blocking,light,water,row cover," five in one "water destruction,ecological destruction","water shortage","water pollution","water security risk" and "lack of water culture".The single quick drainage as the main purpose of the city infrastructure cannot meet the need of city development,low impact development theory is proposed to solve the problem of "water",the terminal treatment mode to control the source,from the source to reduce occurrence of "water" problem.Urban green space system is the carrier of the implementation of low impact development theory,plays an important role in water conservation and consumption,urban park is the main component of urban green space system,and the traditional urban park in the planning and design of the external manifestation of the one-sided emphasis,ignoring the park ecological regulation function and rainwater storage function.This study aims to explore the concept of low impact development and technology in the City Regional Park,which starting from the LID comprehensive management measures,combing LID technology system,Select the current application of several LID measures are summarized.Then introduced the features,design and application conditions of different LID measures.If combined with the use of different functions such as penetration,transmission,filtration and collection,the ecological benefits of the park will be enhanced,and the landscape effect of the park will be enhanced.At the same time,the collection of existing cases at home and abroad,analysis of the case of the application of LID facilities,learn from the successful experience.This study chose 4 typical city parks in Harbin,and the problems of water resources utilization in the four parks were investigated by means of network collection and field investigation:1)Rainwater resource utilization rate is low in this park and the road,square,building roof has no rainwater utilization facilities and the vegetation coverage rate is not high.Part of the green plant structure is single which is not conducive to rainwater sewage interception;2)Park flood peak reduction is not sufficient to lead to the existence of a lot of square water phenomenon,and the rainfall in the green space is serious,which reduces the peak flood reduction;3)The utilization rate of snow resources in the park is low,and the snow cover is treated in the way of melting and cleaning;4)Park lack of water reuse,water and other water plants in the park is the city of irrigation water supply,there is no combination of the two,the lack of water reuse measures.According to the investigationof the four parks,this paper presents City Regional Park transformation design strategy based onlow impact development,first determine the design goal and the development of design principles,then summed up the contents and methods of reconstruction design including park field survey and basic data collection,analysis of rainwater utilization potential in park,LID scheme selection,Park layout design and design scheme evaluation.Finally,LID transformation design practice chooses a typical common problem of Regional Park namely Daixiu Lake Park,before the transformation,the potential of rainwater utilization was analyzed.The results show that the reform has certain practical significance.According to the present condition of the park,some low impact development facilities have used such as the multifunctional water storage(artificial lake),lowelevation greenbelt,vegetative swale,rain garden,permeable pavement,initial rainwater drainage facilities etc.to achieve the total runoff reduction,waterlogging prevention,and rainwater runoff pollution resource utilization of multiple targets.We transform the parkto correct the existing problems and shortcomings about water resources and landscape.The design of the park is divided into entrance landscape area,cultural activity area,lake landscape area,ecologicalarea,fitnessarea and forest oxygen area,each partition function according to the characteristics of different landscape,and the low impact development facilitiesthrough the whole park.Then,this paper evaluate the design scheme,using SWMM to establish stormwater management model to simulate the hydrological about status and after joining the LID facilities and contrast the difference.The results show that the application of LID technology in urban parks has a certain effect on the reduction of rainfall runoff in the park,and the reduction effect is more obvious in the small rainfall.LID concept and technology can effectively alleviate the water environment problems caused by heavy rains and floods.The innovation of this paper is to develop a new way for the management of urban stormwater and flood through the low impact of the urban regional park.After the design of the park,the SWMM model was used to simulate the change of the hydrological effect of the park,and then the design was quantified.To provide reference for the practice of LID transformation in urban parks.
