Since the reform and opening up,China's highway jumped from zero record for now to the world's first,but at the same time,with the high speed of our country's highway construction,the highway management system is relatively lagging behind.Data show that the number and severity of traffic accident every year in China were climbing in different degrees.Moreover,most of the accidents often are not the first-accident,but the secondary accident after the traffic accident,which raises the serial quadratic accident.This chain mechanism can lead to accidents in the point of uncontrolled,resulting in more serious consequences.So this serious situation is getting everyone's attention.How to give full play to the highway,cheaply and efficiently is the key to the expressway management in China.Therefore,in view of the highway,when the first time in the traffic accident happens,the warning information can be sent to relative objects in real-time can avoid secondary accident to be uncontrolled.This thesis designed a secondary traffic accident early warning system to avoid traffic accident worsening,which based on complex map matching algorithm.The system combines mobile internet techniques to acquire the accident site for accurate positioning,real time and effectively warning crash.Research in the field of traffic safety in our country has made some development,but when it comes to the field of technology,it is still insufficient,and the actual operating results are stretched.Thus,the mature intelligent terminal technology used in the highway traffic safety warning system is the trend of the development of intelligent transportation(ITS).
