With the development of economy,the increase of the number of motor vehicles and the acceleration of urbanization,the number of gas stations is increasing.At the same time,in the past,some of the old gas station is no longer meet the current needs,the urgent need for modern transformation.Gas stations are generally located in the traffic arteries,along the road layout,prominent location,is an important window of urban services,gas station design often need to take into account the simple and beautiful and functional improvement.At the same time,gas station as a high explosive gas environment,especially if the gas station is located in the city and surrounding buildings in densely populated,traffic is busy,if an accident occurs,the consequences will be unbearable to contemplate,so the gas station on electrical safety,environmental protection and anti static electricity demand is very high.Therefore,the electrical design of the gas station is very important.The automobile gas station as the research object,combined with the tanker company of Censtar,on the basis of the relevant national explosion protection standards this paper gives a detailed analysis of the distribution system,lighting system,the grounding system of gas station,the design requirements of control system of oil pump,oil and gas recovery system,liquid level monitoring system,pipeline leak detection system.In the design of pump control system,this paper focuses on the problem of market feedback,the problem that the AC contactor of the oil pump is not open properly,and then use the computer circuit simulation software Multisim and data analysis software MATLAB,the contactor control circuit is simulated,finally get the results of influence of distributed capacitance on control circuit and the method to avoid the influence of capacitance.That is to say,the control cable should use 1 mm2 cable,the control cable length should be shorter than 200 meters.In the design of pipeline leak detection system,refer to the operation principle and advantages and disadvantages of foreign leak detector,combined with the working principle of pump control cabinet,after many tests,using the pressure switch or the transmitter,this paper presents a pipeline leak detection system which is more sensitive and not easy to do wrong actions.The system only detects pressure value in 5 minutes after each refueling line.The system more automated detection of oil station pipeline pressure and prevent underground leakage,protect the environment and ensure the production safety.Finally,with the further development of the society,the design requirements of new gas station will continue to increase.refueling robots and photovoltaic stations and other concepts will be gradually universal.The electrical design will be more important in the future.
