With the rapid development of railway field,the safety and comfort of the train are becoming increasingly important.As the basic equipment of the train,the quality of the track directly influences the running state.Track irregularity which consists of gauge,height,direction,level(super height),curvature and so on plays the core factor to evaluate the track state level and guide the maintenance of the railway line.In this paper,the software system and hardware system are designed for a non-contact rail detection system according to the detection principle of track geometry parameters.This paper first introduced the current situation of the development of track detection technology and embedded system at home and abroad,analysed the functional requirements of track geometry parameters and principle of non-contact track detection,and proposed a scheme of the hardware design and software design.As for hardware,this paper completed the principle diagram and PCB design,mainly including the optocoupler isolation circuit for speed encoder,the frequency divider circuit,the phase discrimination circuit,the communication circuit,the signal conditioning circuit,the synchronous trigger circuit,the ADC circuit and the storage circuit etc.As for MCU software,this paper completed the procedures of the driver and application in the embedded operating system RT-Thread based on STM32,mainly including the spatial sampling,calculation the speed and mail information,CAN communication,Ethernet communication,serial communication and IAP by TFTP.As for PC software,the track data monitoring and processing software based on MFC was completed,and the design of spatial shift compensation filter based on FIR was realized.Finally,this system was debugged and tested in the laboratory,test line and formal line to verify the correctness and feasibility.It can be seen from the debugging and application results that the detection accuracy of the system meets the design requirements,and has high reliability,good real-time performance and accuracy.
