Ever since the first adoption of reinforced concrete,people started to research the concrete durability.With the spreading using of reinforced concrete,the range of this research has been expanded.Based on a huge amount of collection and analysis of existing achievements,this thesis comes up with a new method which combines practical engineering data and laboratory-researching method to predict the durability of concrete—A concrete durability predict method based on site detection,and then developed a data system in order to make it more systematic and regulated in the research of concretes durability.Particular contents are as follow:1.First of all,five research fields are divided in concrete durability,according to the different failure mechanism of concrete.Then the influential factors of concrete durability are divided into interior(material)factors and exterior(environmental)factors.Finally,how would these two factors influence concrete's durability are analyzed through standard experimental way.2.In reference of Multi-Environmental Time Similarity(METS)Theory,the paper raised a new method which is based on site inspection to predict concrete's durability.This method would firstly chose a reference subject which is environmental-similar with the to-build-concrete,then engages a site inspection to the subject;Secondly,identifying the accelerating factor through accelerate experiment on a same-material-subject,and predict concrete durability with the accelerating factor which was found.3.In comparison of the method of site detection technology and laboratory accelerating test,corresponding parameters of these two method are determined.By analyzing the process of multiple-mechanism concrete durability test,an alternative-cycling test method is proposed.Furthermore,the specific testing steps are demonstrated.4.Based on the method which is proposed,developed a data system of concrete durability.The system is mainly used to record site-inspect data,standard-quick-test data and the data of other quick test,thus can highly promote the efficiency of data collection and managing,which is helpful for future research.
