Since the World War Ⅱ,the urbanization brings us many problems.Such as rain waterlogging,water pollution and water shortage,etc.Combined with the surface of the local changes in temperature,humidity,air convection which is called Heat island effect under the urbanization which further impact on the climate environment and make frequent extreme weather.One of the most problems formed by the urbanization process is the increase of urban impervious surface area,and the urban road which is the main composition of impermeable part of the city plays an important role in the construction of city.However,the urban road construction still exists many problems at present.First of all,the design of urban road drainage system usually basis on heavy rains in surface runoff.But once the rain out drainage capacity,it easily brings the problems such as urban waterlogging,and even endanger people’s life and property safety;Secondly,the road pavement design usually use impermeable pavement currently.And it reduces the probability of rain infiltration underground which easily to increase Runoff volume,speed and peak flow.Thus,harm to the ecological system of water environment and increased the runoff of rainwater resources;Finally,because of the lacking of road construction of grassland,forest land,it makes the pollutants concentration in surface runoff deposition,cause the pollution of the surface environment.In order to solve the above problems.In this paper,we take advantage of Low Impact Development(LID)which applied to Zhuhai double lake road and learn from Urban road research results domestic and overseas as well as Rainwater management experience and selecting suitable LID development measures to design the road which aim to reduce the total runoff,peak flow,and the goal of effective utilization of rainwater resources.The main research of the paper are as follows:(1)Studied the concept and properties of A variety of methods of LID.Focused on the study of commonly used in the construction of roads,penetrating well,permeable pavement,rainwater infiltration pool garden,grass depression pool,strips with plant grassed swales,vegetation filter belt,etc.And designed the road cross section which including non-motor vehicle lanes,green belts,sidewalks and vegetation buffer combined with practical engineering projects and the corresponding national and industry standards.(2)According to the Zhuhai double lake road municipal road construction projects,Establishing SWMM model for road in undeveloped mode,traditional development mode and LID mode combining with the design section of climate,hydrology and topography,landforms.(3)Respectively for undeveloped mode,traditional roads development mode and LID mode of SWMM hydrological models’ analog simulation.The results show that it is relatively obvious for the development of the model based on the LID road design under the low return period of peak runoff and reduction of the total runoff.For 10 years or even 50 years of heavy rain,the reduce of Peak runoff amount and runoff present a tendency of weakening which used LID model.(4)According to the economic point,we have carried on the preliminaiy semi-quantitative analysis for the LID sections of infrastructure projects of road construction cost as well as economic,social,environmental benefits and so on.The analysis results show that the LID measures for construction in the long-term benefits will outweigh the costs. |
