Professional staffs operate the bridge crane with radiation protection clothing to transport the nuclear waste barrels when they deal with nuclear waste.Various radiation levels of nuclear waste with radiant hazards will have adverse effects on the health and safety of staffs,and reduce the operating efficiency.Bridge crane is widely used in the projects,it is mainly designed and researched along the intelligent and unattended direction,but most of the current cranes under using not run smoothly,with low automation and control accuracy.Research on the intelligent control system of nuclear bridge crane can achieve the unattended operation of nuclear waste transportation,and the precision control system of the cart and the trolley is the key to intelligent control system.And the main researches are as follows:1.The main girder of bridge crane is taken as the object of study,parametric modeling based on the APDL language of ANSYS.Due to the poor working environment and the complexity of the structure and the load,the internal structure and the load of the main girder are reasonably simplified,and computational efficiency can be improved.Analyze on the stress,strain and deformation of the main girder under the full load of the bridge crane with finite element method,to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the design.Furthermore,research on the deformation of the main girder,to pave the way for the study on the accuracy of control system.2.Study the correction and accuracy control of the cart and trolley to achieve the automatic transshipment of nuclear waste barrels by nuclear bridge crane,with real-time rectification strategy.Taking the cart of bridge crane as an example,this paper proposes a real-time correction control algorithm based on control strategy and structural optimization to realize the correction of the running mechanism of the cart,so as to improve the accuracy of the running mechanism.The feasibility of the correction control strategy is verified by the multi-condition acceptance test of the bridge crane.3.Study the fuzzy adaptive control of nuclear bridge crane,mainly taking the servo control system of bridge crane in the nuclear waste transport project as the object.And optimize the compound fuzzy adaptive control system of nuclear bridge crane through studying on the traditional PID control algorithm,fuzzy control algorithm,fuzzy PID control algorithm and other related intelligent control algorithm,to effectively improve the stability,adjustment time and anti-jamming capability of the control system,combined with simulation experiments to verify.
