| At present,the electricity supply in China is still dominated by thermal power plants,which depends heavily on coal.Compared with the conventional power generation techniques,the ultra super critical(super critical)coal-fired power generation technology with higher thermal cycle efficiency and less pollution is a more efficient and advanced power generation technology.High pressure heater is one of the most important components in the thermodynamic cycle system of the ultra super critical(super critical)power generation units,the stable operation of high-pressure heater will provide a premise and guarantee for safety and economic operation of the thermal power generation units.The high water chamber is the main pressure bearing part of high-pressure heater,which is with the high steam pressure parameters and in a poor environment.In this paper,the structural strength of the high water chamber is studied using the strain electrical measurement test method and the numerical simulation method.The strain electrical measurement and the hydraulic pressure of high-pressure heater are tested simultaneously.Through the resistance strain gauge pasted on the internal and external walls of the high water chamber’s structure,the data of the strain gauge under a high-hydraulic condition can be read applying strain data acquisition instrument.The stress of opening on the head for the high water chamber and the affected region can be obtained by measurement.Then the data can be analyzed.Based on the standard of the GB/T 16507.4-2013 "Water-tube boiler-Strength Calculation of Pressure Parts",the strength of the water chamber’s structure is studied to determine the maximum loading pressure.According to the product structure of the high-pressure heater,the three-dimensional model of the high water chamber’s structure can be established basing on the real size by the actual measurement.The high water chamber model can be simulated and analyzed using the general finite element software MSC.Patran as a processor and MSC.Nastran as a numerical solver.Utilizing the provisions of the JB/T 4732-2005 "Steel Pressure Vessels-Design by Analysis" as a criterion,the results of finite element numerical simulation are used to assess the strength of the water chamber’s structure.Throgh the test data and the simulation results were compared and analyzed,studied with ultra high water chamber should be typical characteristics and rules of stress distribution of supercritical units,the structure strength of the heater was calculated and experimental verification,provide technical reference for the strength evaluation test of similar structure,provides a new idea for the super design specification. |
