Design And Implement Of The DC/DC Converter Function Testing System

The DCDC Converter provides the stabilization of the vehicle's Power Net System for select consumer items such as multi-media,navigation devices,especially during the engine cranking phase in engine start-stop systems.So,it is important that the DCDC is stability or not for the vehicle's work well and customer's experience.Passengers have a good experience could lead to have a better car sales,the company will have a good income,in order to ensure the qualified products to the customers,so all the product will pass functional test before shipment.Based on the insight into the basic principles of functional testing and its application in other car electronic products,on the basis of this paper introduces the DCDC function test of hardware(Keysight TS-8989)to build and fixture design,software of testing system(Keysight TestExec SL)applications,and DCDC based on CAN communication protocol.We analyzed special features of the product that is the key parameter of the product according to the digitizer's output waveform and the product test specifications.We used a piece of qualified part and an unqualified part to verify the test station.Loop test 50 times,good part should be still pass,Red part should fail at the same test item;In order to verify the reliability and repeatability of the testing system,randomly selected a product loop test 50 times,each time interval for 30 minutes.We get the 50 datas to calculate MSA.The results prove that the equipment fully meets the requirements.Randomly select 50 passed different datas used to compute the PPK.We compare the MSA and PPK result with Czech's,prove that the test system to achieve technical requirements.Experimental results show that the equipment can meet the initial set of technical requirement and can be used in production.The content of the work has been done in the actual production implementation;Actual operation shows that the design and development of the whole system has reached the desired objective test,the completed the task of technical requirements.The paper work for the same test system development has a positive reference value.
