With the rapid development of society and economy,the problem of traffic congestion is becoming more and more serious.Relieve the problem is imminent.With the "Internet Plus" was put forward,all kinds of intelligent transportation systems have sprung up.Those intelligent transportation systems can induce the traffic flow on the road to alleviate the road congestion problem efficiently and effectively through reasonable management.However,the quality of the above types of intelligent transportation system services rely heavily on accurate real-time road speed,road speed is the basic parameters of the above services.Therefore,it is very challenging to establish a model that can accurately estimate the real-time speed of the road.This paper have done the following useful explorations on how to accurately estimate the real-time road speed:(1)Through analyzing the massive float car trajectory data,it is found that the abnormal behavior patterns such as parking behavior pattern,passenger behavior pattern,and finding passenger behavior pattern are caused by the operational characteristics of floating vehicles.At the same time,it is found that the anomalous velocity samples generated by Abnormal Behavior Model(ABOT)of the floating vehicle will seriously affect the accuracy of the road speed estimation.Therefore,this paper first models the abnormal behaviors of floating vehicles,and abstracts out the law of speed changes,geographical location rules and group laws of various behavior patterns.(2)Through the study of the traditional road speed estimation model,it is found that the traditional road speed estimation model is estimated by the instantaneous velocity of the floating car data.However,after this study,the instantaneous speed data of the floating car is seriously distorted and missing.This paper proposed a new based on ABOT road velocity estimate model(ABOT-ERVM).(3)The validity of the proposed model is verified by a large number of experiments,and it is proved that the model proposed in this paper can greatly improve the accuracy of road speed.(4)The ABOT-ERVM model is applied to the route planning in the case that the above-mentioned model can get the accurate road speed.At the same time,theinfluence of intersection time on OD optimal route section planning is analyzed in this application.The experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach and demonstrate the validity and practicability of the ABOT-ERVM model. |
