At present,there are some factors that affect the construction schedule and the cost of production in the construction management of complex grid structures.This paper mainly studies the optimization of project management and manufacturing process using BIM technology.Firstly,the present situation and existing problems of complex grid project management were analyzed and the main factors that influence the construction progress and production cost in the construction management were studied.Based on BIM Technology,the BIM construction model of 3D visualization of steel structure was established,also main focus was given on the analysis of the steel grid structure in the BIM model of the rapid building technology,the 3D roaming,analysis of process information,digital manufacturing technology and scheduling optimization,and so on to solve practical management problems.Then,taking the Tianjin bicycle hall grid project as the research background,the optimization of the construction is carried out in view of reducing the cost and shortening the construction period.Through the rapid establishment of BIM construction management model,using automatically derived material information,the optimization of the structure of the grid bar is studied in detail,the digital scheme of grid steel bar is proposed,which can greatly improve the utilization of raw materials,save a lot of construction time and reduce the production cost.Finally,the validity of the research results is verified by the actual project calculation,and the network structure of Tianjin Bicycle hall grid project shortening the construction period of 59 days,saved the production cost up to 231 thousand RMB.The research results have guiding significance for the construction of similar complex grid structures.
